CLAIM - Centro Local de Apoio à Integração de Migrantes da Mouraria

CLAIM (Local Support Center for the Inclusion of Migrants) is a decentralized integrated support service for migrants from non-European countries. We support migrants in navigating the support systems for health, regularization, social support, family reunification, work, education and training. It is integrated in the national CNAIM network. 

It is composed by two offices:

Citizenship and Refugees Office

• Family reunification
• Expression of interest
• Nationality
• Permanent residence permit 
• Contact with public services 

Social Office

• Employability support
• Access to education and qualification programs
• Mediation with health and social security services, schools, parish councils and other bodies (public, private and third sector)
• Support for basic needs (clothes, furniture, household appliances, food)
• Reading and translation of various documents
